Return Policy
No Change of Mind Returns All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer's remorse.
Defects and Damages Only We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.
Reporting Issues Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 7 days of receipt if there is a defect, damage, or shipping error. After this window, we cannot guarantee resolution.
Return Process
- Email fuckyourguns@unimax.la with photos of the defect or damage
- We will evaluate your claim and provide return instructions if approved
- Approved returns receive a full refund or replacement at our discretion
Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval, contact us at fuckyourguns@unimax.la.
